Phase One
Our process starts with confidential one-to-one therapy sessions with a focus developing self awareness and understanding the develop of your relationship patterns and attachment style.
You will have the opportunity to choose a therapist from our team of qualified practitioners that will work with you and facilitate your exploration of your relational experiences, patterns of relating, developing self awareness and clarifying your emotional needs, values, and goals. This phase works in the same manner as traditional talking therapies and adheres to the BCAP Ethical Principles for the counselling Profession.
The therapeutic process is aimed at supporting you to enter the matchmaking phase from a place of clarity and emotional readiness.
Every clients story and process is unique to them we have found that a minimum of 6 sessions is required during this phase.
Phase Two
Once you are ready and have completed the therapeutic phase you will be introduced to our professional matchmaking team who will work with you and carefully introduce you to compatible partners who have also completed the therapeutic phase.

Phase Three
Couples Therapy Integration
When a connection develops, we have a team of qualified couples therapist that can offer structured couples therapy sessions to support the relationship.
This includes:

Support through key relationship transitions

Ongoing professional guidance to build a secure, healthy relationships.
This proactive approach helps couples develop strong foundations from the beginning. This stage is optional for couples who wish to have additional support.
